Manhattan Penthouse - AC & Food

Anyone hear anything about the Air Conditioner at Manhattan Penthouse, I'm about to book my wedding in August.  

Also- looking for some feedback on the portion sizes of the in-house caterer?

I haven't read anything negative about the place.

    I am having my wedding at the other venue run by Manhattan Penthouse, Alger House. I dont know about the AC there but i have seen the food menu selection and it looks amazing. They seem like large portions in the pictures and all the choices are also served with vegetables and rosemary potatoes and from all the reviews i have read, their food is excellent!
