Affordable reception in colorado springs??

We are looking for a place that will allow us to use our own caterer. We are college students and dont have a lot of money to work with. all we really need is a big room where about 300 people can dance and just socialize. Any ideas?

    I'm in a similar situation, so I have some ideas for you. Anything on wedding websites is most likely not going to allow outside catering because they are out to make money. Look into Colorado Springs community centers, Elks lodge, that kind of thing. If you want it outdoors, try renting space at Fox Run Park or Bear Creek Park. Also, New Life Church has affordable reception space, but they may have some restrictions. Hope you find a great place!
