Bachlorette Party

Any suggestions on where to have a bachlorette party, any clubs/bars? Either in Cincinnati or Columbus. Or some fun ideas?

Re: Bachlorette Party

  • Downtown there is Mynt Martini, The Dock, Aqua. You can look on Metromix for a list of bars. In Newport you could go to the levee where they have places.

We are going to a Reds game and then going to get drinks and dinner.

We went to the Funny Bone for a show and then headed downtown to Nada which was having a big party because of Cinco de Mayo.

The comedy show was something different and we all had a great time.

Last year for a friend's party we went to see the Cincy Roller Girls...it was a blast!

  • The View in the Edgecliff highrise in Eden Park.  Great space, good food and very nice management.  Added bonus:  it's centrally located without the hasslle of downtown parking (or the safety issues associated with same).

Bartini is fun if you and your girls like to dance.
  • Bartini's just closed this week, unfortunately.

http://www.facebook.com/1215WineCoffee This wine bar is cool - maybe something different to start the night with. They have wine flight taste testings all the time.

Japps is a cool spot in OTR, I went here for trivia after work one night and wasn't worried at all with safety. That area has become so developed recently and there was a covered garage nearby. Their cocktails are amazing - the bartenders are called mixologists there and some of them even travel to bartending competitions. My drink had cucumbers and honey in it - not something you can find elsewhere in Cincy. They also have an annex where on Friday's they have a dance party and a burlesque show. I've never seen this but a lot of the reviews on line mention it.

Riteous Room is a great place to go (but can get packed on Friday/Saturday), on Walnut Street downtown and next door to another bar called Scene and nearby Walnut Street Grill and Cincy's on 6th so a great place to barhop. RR has an open air lounge in the summer so it can get pretty packed. It's a fun mid-late 20's and maybe early 30's, not so young.
  • Check out Tonic on Fourth/Local 127.  I think they offer several areas/rooms that could accomodate you and it's right downtown.

    Bartini closed?! Well rats.
I like Justengaged's suggestions of RR. If it's too busy there are so many other places to walk to.

Are there any male strip clubs in Columbus or Cincinnati area?
