Good morning ladies,
As my big day approaches this Saturday. This will be my last weekly accountability post. Would anyone be interested in accepting the duty. All I do is ask how did everyone do from the previous week and post any questions or concerns. If you found any helpful tips or tricks you may also share with the group.
On to the post.....
How did everyone do last week? Any victories or setbacks?
Me: I'm proud to admit that I accomplished my ultimate weight loss goal. When I started this journey to lose weight for my wedding I realized I needed to change my lifestyle. I learned that I was eating at work because of boredom.
Since then I changed my mentality, my eating habits, and worked out a lot more. I'm still not on a regular workout schedule but I make sure to do something active 2 or 3 times a week. I went from a size 12 to a size 6 in a year.
I want to encourage everyone just starting out that you can do this! I will be the first to admit that I HATE the gym. Do not get too frustrated when you have setbacks. I fell off the wagon more than once but with the encouragement of the group I kept going.
Wedding date July 7, 2012
Re: Last Monday Accountability / Support Thread
Carla that is awesome!!!!! And I am so excited for your big day! I don't mind taking over the post. Although I only have another 2 months left myself. If there is someone else interested who has longer the job is yours!
I hit my goal of 3 weight lifting days again last week. I'm ready to see my arms ripped...c'mon now! LOL
That's about all...
I dropped off the ball but I'm back on and did my insanity routine yesterday. I am continuing this afternoon after work. I need to get a scale so I can weigh myself :) Does anyone recommend a real good scale? I'm going to buy off of Amazon.

<div>This is great! Congrats! It is definitely about the lifestyle change. </div><div>
</div><div>I haven't posted on here for a while cause I must admit I was getting a bit frustrated. As of two weeks ago, I still had 10 lbs to go to reach my goal for the wedding. I know I had plenty of time to achieve that goal, but the fact that that scale was not moving was getting real irritating. I still kept up my regular routine of working out and watching what I eat. I have no idea what was so different over the past couple of weeks but I have 1lb to go! Craziness! LOL. So now I have a new weight loss goal for the wedding. Nothing too crazy, I will shoot for another 5lbs. I figure that's realistic since it took me like 6 months to loose 15lbs. Fiance swears my weight loss is due to his house band on peanut butter..lol. </div>

@ all the ladies - Good Job!
um, Ro, why aren't you allowed to have peanut butter?

<div>Cause FI thinks I am addicted to it. Every afternoon I would come home from the gym and slab a whole bunch of peanut butter until a rice cake followed by honey. Just talking about it, hmm, hmm good. I also would eat a spoon of peanut butter if I craved something bad. So...he wanted to see if I would loose weight if we didn't buy peanut butter any more. Sadly enough, I am loosing weight...well not sadly but you know what I mean. </div>
