Help with The Nest

Trying to deal with The Nest is driving me crazy!  I made the new account so it wouldn't be super easy for people to figure out my info.  But now it won't let me post saying that my account is pending approval.  I keep clicking the thing to send an email to my account...I get the email, click the link to verify my email, and I get sent to the "congratulations you're now a member of TN" or whatever it says.  But then I still can't post or anything, the same messages keep popping up!  I just want to post on the Pets board lol

Does anyone know what I can do about this?  I can't even find an email to send a message to anyone that might be able to fix it.

    would it help to sign in under your old knottie id? I can post on TN under my TK id.

    I can post with my old knottie id.  But I didn't really want to use that id on the national boards.  I guess if I can't fix this new one I will.

    What I don't understand is when I got my community id I signed up as ECUpirate07 but when I post it shows up as ecuchika which is part of my email of which I sign onto TK....so freaking weird....I wanted to know why I couldn't use ecuchika in the first place!!

    I posted something similar the other day.  Everytime I tried to post on The Nest, it tried to tell me I needed to update my information.  I'd "update", click "submit", and it would tell me I needed to update again.  What in the world? I just gave up.

    On a different note -- did you know that our posts come up on google if someone googles your knot screen name?  so if i put "beth0882" into google, a list of all my posts and replies comes up.  Makes you think twice about using your name.last name or email address for sure!

    There's a 3 day waiting period for new screen names to post on The Knot or The Nest. That's what the "pending" part is most likely about. Give it another day or two & you should be able to use your new SN.

    i know alot of us new may knotties are trying to post of the nest and it jsut keeps telling us to update our profile and we do...and it still wont let us post, idk

    i guess i will have to wait a few days as well??
    ....i tried to post on the nest today and it wont let me, same issues as Ashley....i didn't change my name or anything but when i hit reply on a post is says update my profile and hit submit....i hit submit and it keeps going back to telling me to update.?????
