I've always loved these two cakes and I really want to narrow it down soon. I'm hoping that some outside opinions will help me make a final decision.
Background info - peacock themed wedding with teals and purples as the main colors. The cake table will be a focal point as soon as guests walk in the room and I want it to make a statement. There will be four large cylinder vases at each "corner" of the cake with a submerged phalaenopsis orchid and led lights. The cake table will have a pin spot on it and the rest of the room will have purple uplighting.
Cake one: The tiers would be separated and have deep purple carnations with peacock feathers sticking out here and there. There will also be a few carnations and peacock feathers around the top with an "H" letter topper. We would use the same icing and ribbon colors as shown.
Cake Two: We would use a combination of the deep purple carnations, dendrobium (smaller) orchids, and mini callas with peacock feathers and it would all be placed as shown. We would use teal ribbon instead of brown. Also, this cake has a faint design on it and we would have a smooth finish. The "H" letter topper would also be used.
