  I don't think casino's have them anymore or I would suggest going around and grabbing them from a bunch of casinos.  I did see some for sale on ebay.  Another option might be to design your own and have them printed but I'm not sure what the cost on that would be.

  Agree with PP... casinos use the ticket system now. You might have a hard time finding "casino chip cups" but you can probably find some kind of cup/bucket of a similar size (although, what that size is, I have no idea) online that you can personalize.
