You are aware you just gave us your full name (including middle because it is in your screen name), your fiance's name, and the city you live in? The internet is not a safe place and there are HUNDREDS of people lurking this board that do not post. I recommend deleting those links.
That is a very sweet proposal! I would take Seatea's advice though, maybe take out your last names and the city because the internet is not a safe place.

Hope you plan on having security at the wedding cause at this point I know what cityand yours names to follow the news paper to find the wedding info. Then once that has been found I could then show up for the festivities. not that I would

I don't know... I'm sure no one in my family would mind going back to prison for me... I mean, usually my family is making the front page, it's just not usually for engagements ;)
You guys have heard TK rumor about a girl who had her wedding canceled by another knottie she made mad. The girl knew her venue and date and called pretending to be her. It is just a rumor as far as I know though.
And Cyndel, you have a very unusual name so that doesn't help you. Your call though...

Yup, I do recall hearing about that. I don't know if it's true but in reality it's not even the worst thing that could happen to someone who gets themselves an internet stalker.

Is it even possible to cancel a wedding with just a phone call? Considering that cancelling my $80 gym membership required me to visit in person and sign some stuff, I would be really surprised.
Having weathered a lot of heartache in my life, I understand that this world can hand you some pretty rough stuff but I've decided to put this out there (after much thought, btw). Because I've weathered all those storms, I am thrilled to share this news, even with women who are seemingly strangers. Having made it through a wedding, pregnancy, baby, divorce and now fresh start with the support of many longtime nesties, I am glad to share here. Throwing caution to the wind, perhaps. I'm choosing to believe in the goodness of people on this one. Love wins.

Congratulations! I'm all about online security, but I don't think anything you put up is cause for concern unless you are really worried about crashers. My first and last name are "out there" as I'm sure most people's are by virtue of social networking/facebook/work/school, etc. It wouldn't take anyone an ounce of genius to find what city I lived in. I'm more worried about being fired for the content of those pages, moreso than the fact that they exist and i'm "exposed". Though I mostly blog about benign things like books and cat photos, and there are no pictures of me doing keg stands anywhere. as long as I'm not flashing pictures of my credit cards and social security number, my home address and my schedule (where I will be and when) I'm pretty open like you, OP.
Good luck with the wedding and it seems like you have a great guy!
