Morning everyone. Brie, I'm so tired that somehow I thought the dog woke you up and wanted to talk. I'm also so tired that I managed to make it to school without my wallet and without my keys. This should be a fun day.

Capitol Hill at the moment. The prices of the apts themselves aren't bad actually! There is no specific area otherwise I have in mind. I'll be working on Capitol Hill and FI will be at grad school at GW and we're just trying to not have a really long commute. Do you have any suggestions of good areas?

Panda - I've got no idea. From what I read, it seems like it can last for months - most people experience a return to normalcy around month 7. Goody.

Yes, we do. The next couple of weekends are busy and then I leave for GA, but I'm free this Sunday and it's supposed to be beautiful.
