Hey Ladies, 
     Fiance and I had our food tasting tonight and it could not have gone any better. The food was FAB and we loved it. We are very happy with our reception site and with the food. Amy, the coordinator has been great throughout this whole thing and really has made this process stress free for us. We're going with Chicken Marsala and a Parmesan Encrusted Tilapia. Ladies, I am STUFFED!!! But very happy as is the fiance! :)
      On another note, for those of you who read my post about my extreme anxiety, I just wanted to say that I have been doing a lot better. I don't know if it is because I have slowly been getting things done with the wedding or if it is because I have just been taking breaks from it here and there but I just wanted to thank everyone for their replies and support. Thanks ladies. --<3

    Glad to hear that you had a good time.  We are having a chicken marsala inspired dish, too.  (Also, yay for a Philly bride!  I grew up just outside the city).

    What a great check!  Isn't it such a relief to actually know the food that is going to be served at your wedding will be delicious!!!

    Jenna, YAY for us Philly brides! I am actually from DELCO. Not sure where you're from but I am right outside Philly also. But yes, it is so reasuring to know that the food is going to be so good. I am so excited for everyone to eat at the wedding. Does that sound weird? lol Having the tasting done made me feel so much closer to the wedding.
