I'd love to do this, and the app sounds awesome. but running is THE most uncomfortable thing for me to do. It really hurts. If any of you are...well endowed, could you tell me where you found a really supportive sports bra? Thanks!

I am very big and just get bras a size or two too tight. It sees to work for me. I hope this helps!

I love that app... I did it a few times with one of my friends who has the iphone... and I have the WORST knees ever and its good cause you can jog at your own pace you dont have to sprint or anything.

I haerd some ladies wear 2 sports bras and that seems to help.
I have no advice because I'm on the complete opposite end of the scale

My friend Erica who is well endowed wears a bra and a sports bra over it. It seems to work for her. HTH!

Can I just say the Shock Absorber brand (used to sell them a V.S., but now I can only find them on E-bay) are my FAVORITE sports bras EVER!!! I'm a C, so I'm kinda in the middle of big/small...for my running bras I usually get a B but for my lighter work outs I stick with my true size. I highly recommend them, I've got a bustier friend (DD) who also swears by them!
