Good morning ladies!  
I am so sore today!  Luckily today is a rest day.  I did zumba (only because  spin was cancelled at the last minte-- I am not coordinated enough for zumba) and ten I did my Body works class.  A good two hour workout. 
This morning I will be walking my dog for about half an hour just to get the legs moving.
