hbc is making me mad. anyone else having issues?

does anyone with a gift registry at the bay/home outfitters have problems updatingaccessing their site? whenever i go to 'log in' to their website, through the links, searching my registry, and land at this page: http://giftregistry.hbc.com/grworks/grws does anyone else just get all broken images and links?!

soo frustrating. i used to be able to log in and browse/add items and for the past few weeks it has not been working. of course, customer service are HELPLESS and just tell me to go to the store and update it there... but what if i don't want to do that?! grrrr..

am i alone in this battle vs. the registries??

That certainly must be frustrating! Do they have any responses as to why it's happening?

ha! they transfered me to their 'gift registry department' which provided a recorded voice message telling me they've consolidated their customer service, re-routing me back to the same people. and there is no technical support they said.

not at all impressed. NOT TO MENTION the last two times i went to go update my registries it has been down, awesome! ..sorry so much venting, just really not impressed at all with HBC right now!

..maybe it'll be a 100% crate & barrel registry at this rate (no complaints on my end)

If they haven't fixed the problem, you may have to go to a nearby bay/home outfitter to update or delete items. If this is an inconvenience for you, I would definately switch to another gift registry of choice (as you mentioend Crate & Barrel).

update -- it's my browser that's the problem. apparently it doesnt like chrome. or safari.
