Help... Cutting Stardreams 105lb Cardstock

Hello Ladies ... I am designing a friend's invitations and they wanted something a little different ... Tri-Fold Squares ... I thought the best way to do this would be to get master sheet cardstock and then cut it down to the right height, score it and fold ...

I got master sheet cardstock (13x20) but I am having a problem cutting it down ... mu guilotine and bypass cutter only handles 12x12 sheets ... I thought I could use a metal ruler and a rotary cutter but I am not having much luck with that method ... Any suggestions? Box Cutter? X-Acto knife?

Any thoughts?

I'd take it to a scrapbooking store or big box office supply store and see if you can use their cutter for 20 minutes.
