Caterer needed - BG area

We're looking to have a heavy hors d'oeuvres reception for our afternoon wedding next March and are desperately looking for a caterer/catering company that can make our ideal menu come to life. I don't want a company that makes us choose from a list of food, but rather will make whatever it is we want. Do they even do that? Any input (and help and advice!) is welcome!

  • Most caterers offer a list of their most popular, but usually will work with you to give you what you want. Easiest way to meet a lot of caterers is to go to a wedding show. Tons of them are usually at them and you can try their offerings to see if they are good or not. There is one show left in the Lexington area for the year. Its the 2012 Diamond Rings and Pretty Things Fall Bridal Show on September 9, 2012 at the Embassy Suites Lexington. Admission is free.  You can go to their website to pre-register.
