1. Who was your childhood celebrity crush? I crushed on usually same aged kids. Like Devon Sawa, Benny the Jet from the Sandlot, Dylan McKay, NKOTB.

2. If you could only have ONE beverage for the rest of your life, and it couldn't be water, what would it be? Beer. Lots of it.

Camp RAT and The MeritCare Children's hospital. OH! And though not an organization, I'd pay for Liam and Madelyn to go to college.

4. What is something you're really afraid of? Failing. At anything. Or disappointing people I care about.

5. What is your absolute favorite restaurant? I LOVED Morton's in downtown Minneapolis, but now it's GONE. BOO. So I guess the runner up would be Melvin's in Spice Town. Good food, on the lake, we got married there. It's just like a favorite pair of jeans.

Something that would teach kids to cook. I'm sure that this organization exists, but I don't know the name of it.

Getting a phone call from one of my coworkers that my boss has keeled over dead. Right now, he's got a broken shoulder and a stomach ulcer, both caused by alcohol in some way. The man subsists on vodka alone. He's alive by shear force of will.
5. What is your absolute favorite restaurant?
Little place in New Orleans called the Orleans Grapevine. They have a cute little courtyard and some of the best food I've ever had.

I'm PETRIFIED of them. And it has nothing to do with the movies, either.

On Saturday morning I went to grab something from H's truck, and the swallows were nesting in the breezeway (I washed their nest down on Friday night). I was so scared, I screamed, and sat in the garage until H came looking for me. He assumed it was birds, and came outside in his socks and boxers with the shotgun...now that's love.

FWIW, he wouldn't just shoot "normal" birds for no reason. Swallows multiply by the minute it seems, and they ruin things, and nest in covered areas with mud. It's nasty, they carry diseases and are swoopy and nasty.
