They keep getting posted in the middle. Seriously, the time warp crap was annoying when it was once in a great while. Now it seems to happen everyday. FFS, pick a damn time zone and stay in it.

Manda, I made a casserole last night that was a combo of tuna casserole and green bean casserole. I used the soup, and extra milk and added in minute rice and added a generous helping of cheddar cheese, and of course topped it with the required topping of french fried onions.
It wasn't bad! I think I probably should have added a couple of squirts of lemon juice in it to cut back on the tuna-y taste of it.

ETA: This should have been addressed to Stacks, who actually had the tuna sandwich. I'm an idiot.

And no, I'm not spilling.

Let me tell you about my lunch. Because it was, in a word, AMAZING. So you know we've got this food truck culture in DC (foodfiesta.com) and it pretty much rules. Today I got 2 meatball/mozzerella empenadas and one ground chicken/onion/carot/columbian spice empenada, which was made with a cornmeal batter instead of the usual pastry batter.

Guys? It pretty much made my day.

I know. It was sad. And H came downstairs trying to talk to me right when he was dying, took one look at the TV, and was like "Oh, sorry for interrupting your sad death scene" and then went back upstairs, lol.

In happier news, do you think B&B did it? Cause X-Files totally implied the same thing and then BAM, a few weeks later Scully was preggo.
