My best friend and MOH called me this morning to tell me that she has a brain aneurysm.
She's ok, but is unsure if she has to have brain surgery yet. She's a grad student at Duke, so she has a world class team of neurosurgeons to take care of her.
That phone call just put everything in perspective. Please send thoughts, prayers, good energy, whatever you like to call it her way.
