hellooo :)

I haven't been on here in a long time. School and student teaching got really busy and all of a sudden my wedding is in a month and 6 days! Since my last post, I got baptized! Yay! I don't know why I put it off for so long..it was such an awesome experience. Anyway, now that the wedding (and finals week) is drawing near I'm starting to get really stressed and I haven't been able to sleep well. I'd really appreciate some prayers. P.S. Hope all of you are doing well! :)

Hey girl.  Are you feeling good about what you need to do in these last few days before the wedding?  The holidays are busy anyway so hopefully you don't have too many last minute details to attend to.  I'll be praying for ya.

Good luck with everything!! I'm in the exact situation (just finished student teaching today, finals, and a wedding in a month!) so I totally understand how stressful it's suddenly getting! I'll definitely be praying for you!

Congrats on the Baptism :) I will be praying for you that you can find the time and energy to get everything done that needs to be done (I know prayers for time management have helped me a TON this last while with NWR things). What are the big things that are on your to do list?

Thanks everyone! I had my make-up trial today, I'm picking up my veil and shoes on Saturday and doing another dress fitting. So far I still need to make a lot of decorations (diy wedding) and figure out things like the schedule of the day and finalize the list of who will be doing what. I also need to make table numbers and things like that. Luckily student teaching is over in 2 weeks so I have 3 whole weeks to do nothing but wedding stuff (I dont have a job at the moment thanks to student teaching ha). I am so very excited!

I grew up as a pastor's kid and was saved at a very young age (just old enough to remember kneeling down at the living room couch and asking Jesus into my heart!), but I was never baptized until I was a senior in HS. I guess since I was so young when I was saved, nobody really thought to baptize me at that time and then years went by before anybody mentioned it. One day my dad suggested that I get baptized soon, so we planned it for an Easter Sunday and my dad baptized me - it was awesome!

Anyway, congrats on your upcoming wedding and finishing up your student teaching! I am also a teacher and did my student teaching in the fall. I ended up substituting in the spring b/c no jobs were open - it was low income, but it worked out ok. God bless your marriage and future career!
