    Nope, I think it was some sort of formula where you had to have like X amount of posts, but then also be within the top x and x of posters or something like that.  So like if you didn't post a while you could lose balls if more people started getting higher post counts than you.

    I could be totally off on how the balls work, but when the change over happened I had less than 1000 posts and I knew I was far, far away from getting one.

    I would probably be close to my 3rd now.  I know once you got your first one it didn't take as long to get to the next one.  Daneliza had like 3 and 17,000 posts or something.

    I figured out the blue ball system once.  If you have 1, it meant you were in the top 250 posters, based on number of posts, so the number you needed to get one kept going up. .  I think in order to have all the blue balls you were in the top 10 posters based on post count.

    I got my first one at around 10 or 11, and I'm PRETTY SURE I had two and got the second around 13,000. I think I was about to get 3 with 15000.

    I could be totally delusional about that, though.
