Capdeboscq Catering Food Selections

For anyone who has used Capdeboscq Catering could you please tell what items you chose? Likes and dislikes? There are so many options I don't even know where to start!! Thanks ladies!

  • I was at a wedding they did not too long ago at the Federal Ballroom and they had this Shrimp and Eggplant casserole thing that was AWESOME! I vote for that....I don't really remember what all else they had....
  • Our entrees were the file gumbo, Cajun jambalaya and vegetarian pasta. Everyone really loved it and I thought it was good. H usually makes a dark roux gumbo so that was different than what I'm used to, but not everyone likes that taste anyhow so it was a good choice for our OOT crowd. I don't remember all the apps we chose but some were the Brie strawberry cups, crab patties and bacon wrapped shrimp. Those were my favorites.

    My FI and I went to a tasting on Feb 1 and the bacon wrapped shimp, the shrimp chardonnay, chicken breast strips, and the shrimp remoulade cups were all awesome!!! We tried a few other things but these were our favs! You should def call and go to a tasting they do one every month. We may try to go to another one!   
  • Here's the food we chose for our reception...
    -Turkey carving station

    -Buffet selections: Crawfish Monica pasta, Cajun Jambalaya, Roast beef debris gravy with mashed potatoes

    -Garlic bread

    -Assortment of overstuffed finger sandwiches

    -Cocktail muffulettas

    -BLT sandwiches

    -Strawberry and cream sandwiches

    -Hors d'oeuvres: Crab patties, Cocktail pizzas, Stuffed potato skins, Chicken Cordon Bleu, Cajun meat pies, Shrimp Remoulade cups, Artichoke Quiche Triangles

    Everything was absolutely delicious!
