I looked at my astrology birth chart today and it was eerily accurate; my friend ran hers and thought so too. I decided to run Taryn's to "see" what type of person she may become. Now I'm scared.

I didn't read the whole thing, but wow. Pretty freaking accurate! The only thing I didn't agree with was "great sense of humor" but it did say also bitingly sarcastic, which I can be.

Holy smokes that's a lot to read. But a lot of it seems to describe me. I tend to think that astrology can be open to interpretation. I handle myself differently in different situations and can be described in a variety of ways.

It's not that accurate for me. It says I like isolated jobs, which I guess is somewhat true (I'm a researcher) and that I'm intellectual and drawn to helping others (but who doesn't think they're drawn to helping others and are intellectual?), but it also says that I am overly emotional, which I'm certainly not.

What does Taryn's say?

I didnt read all of it. Some was not true at all, but some was very true. It was hard to believe, though, because a lot of it was conflicting prior parts, so it basically gave me every trait known to man in some aspect.

That's my feeling, too. Most people would identify with parts of it because it covered so much and the word 'may' was used frequently enough that you could discount the parts that didn't fit.

The first part of mine was true, but then it said something to the effect of me being a serial monogmast, and that's far from the truth. It also said some stuff about enjoying intellectual work, which sounds like my job, but I hate my job. Still, fun read! I need to find out my husband's birth time so I can read his.

Sun - Taryn's basically says that she will be her father's daughter... take afterhim in the "social rebel" sort of way.

NQB - we're good. She's learned that night = sleep and sleeps 4 to 5 hours at night. Which means that mommy gets to sleep too. She loves sleeping on/with people.

From what I did read, it is a very close description of the person that I am. I read this: "Libra natives are generally thought to be sociable, somewhat intellectual souls. They have an almost innocent way about them that makes them very approachable. Generally quite eager to cooperate, Librans spend a lot of their time trying not to rock the boat" and was wowed because that is me to a tee.

This stopped me dead in my tracks:
A slightly hasty marriage. The relationship between man-and-wife will be very friendly and full of understanding. Both will love their independence, their freedom of action. If one refuses to give this to the other while insisting on it for himself, then a divorce will ensue.

That's my first marriage to the exact letter. We were friends, until we weren't. He left a job he hated and I supported him. When it was time for me to do the same a few years later, he said I couldn't. That was the beginning of the end. His little indescretion was just the last straw. VERY BIZARRE.

Mine was so true! Even the part about having a "particularly developed sense of smell"....people think I am crazy because I am so super sensitive to smells. I have a phobia of the smell of mildew and often rewash my laundry a few times to make sure it smells fresh.

It also says I learn more from reading than listening, and have trouble listening because I am always thinking of the next thing I want to say...I have a broad knowledge of lots of facts but no deep knowledge of one thing...seeks friends in well placed and influential people...I have a nervous air about me...I like beautiful expensive things and am eccentric...I will marry late in life and am happy to travel on a moments notice...

There was some contradictions, but those little details were pretty spot on.

And...HI TIDE!! I havent seen you much...your little baby is adorable! Congrats!
