Chicago's First Lady Receptions

Wondering if anyone has experience with receptions on Chicago's First Lady?

  • I went to a wedding on the Chicago's First Lady. They had the ceremony on the upper deck on the Chicago River near where it branches off. It was nice, but they had to compete a little with the "L" noise. The reception was a little cramped, but you can't beat the scenery--crusing on the River and Lake Michigan. Nice for something intimate, but not a huge dance party (that wasn't their style.) They did there first dance up on the upper deck, which was cool, but it was super dark (after sunset) and you couldn't really seem anything, but I guess that we there choice.
