Honestly it was snotty because I felt it was just another snotty pile on response that I'd already received before that and had moved on. It seems thats the way this AYG is going to play out.

Except Rick's post did get my thinking. She won that argument.
  • Did you all know that sometimes you don't actually "birth" the placenta, the doctor actually shoves his hand up there and rips it out for you?

    The more you know.
  • I had peanut butter pickle sandwiches growing up - sans mayo, though.

They're good.  I still eat them from time to time.

[QUOTE]In Response to Re: tk confessions!ayg?? : I'm only this far in the thread so this might have already been beaten to death, but fucking seriously? A person doesn't have to roll around in their own period blood to know their body. I don't think you have to spray it around your house to get a good look at it either. I don't know Niki at all, but is she a doctor? Has she studied what she needs to be examining in her period blood? Is it like "oh dang, that sarah mcglothlin commercial with the one eyed dog is on, I'm sad and I bleed 3 less drops of blood when I'm sad?" I've never once changed a tampon or pad and thought "yikes that looks like it could be pre-cancerous, better call the doctor." I'm fairly in tune with how my body works and I never had to piss, shiit or bleed all over my house to figure it out.

It wasn't a pile-on because when I posted it, I hadn't even read anyone else's responses. I don't give a crap enough to bandwagon (on any topic, not just this one), and since I only have a few seconds here and there to post, I usually don't have time to read everyone else's answers just in order to formulate my own. Sorry I didn't immediately realize everyone had moved on.

But on that note, so what if multiple people responded to it? If more than one person has an issue with it, then they have every right to make a comment regardless of who "said it first" without being treated like they are too slow to join the conversation.

I've read in several places (especially on TN) that fisting over a long period of time stretches out the vag, but that's certainly not something I'd expect most people to know, especially if they aren't reading/researching about those kinds of things.

The whole argument about knowing details of childbirth or otherwise you are 'body stupid' is ridiculous.
