Has anyone else lost info on The Knot??

Help! I went to The Knot website around 9:00 tonight and it made me re-enter my account information to log-in (it doesn't usually do that). It gave me a new username that I was unable to change. When I logged in with my usual information, it was like it was the first time I logged in and all of my saved information (guest list, website, notebook pics) is gone! Has this happened to anyone else?? Can anyone help retrieve my info?? Thanks!

    Ugh, sorry to hear that- the knot is always having issues! I've never had that happen, but I think our mod (jlbaxter) had her screen name automatically changed on her. I say email Knot Anne about it- I think there's a contact portion somewhere on here. If not, I think I still have her email address in my sent box...

    When was the last time you logged in?  Was it lately?  I know that when The Knot switched over to the new system sometime in the past year, a lot of ladies lost information, but that was more like last November.

    Kim, I couldn't find any contact info for Knot Anne... if you still have it, could you send it to me? It was the weirdest thing- I logged in that morning, was working on my guest list, then when I went on that same night, it made me enter my log-in info and all of my saved information was gone. I just moved my date from next June to this November, so I really don't want to have to start all over again at this point. Thank you for your help!

    I'm curious how this worked out for TSaavedra as I have lost information too!
