Have you ever kept a food journal? I just started keeping one, and I am now realizing just how many sweets I eat a day! It's shocking!
How often do you get mani pedis?I used to get manicures every 2 weeks, but I have not gotten one since the wedding.
What's your favorite magazine? Right now, I love house Beautiful and Real Simple. Sigh, I love anything with pretty houses in it.

I'm a bit terrified to see what I've eaten on a daily basis.

I used to get the about once a month but since the wedding I haven't had the time nor the money.

Right now it's Real Simple.

Have you ever kept a food journal? A couple times, but never for too long...usually just to get an idea of whether I'm anywhere close to a balanced diet.

How often do you get mani pedis? Almost never. Got one for the wedding and will get one soon because I have a gift certificate, but other than that can't remember the last time.

What's your favorite magazine? Vogue, although it gives me serious wardrobe envy.

Have you ever kept a food journal? Yes, and like you said.. it's scary how many sweets considering I'm supposed to stay mostly away from them. $:\$ It makes me cut down though because it sort of puts it in my face, ya know?
How often do you get mani pedis? The last one was a gift for my graduation last May.
What's your favorite magazine? Hm... I like Cosmo and Jane.

Food Journal? Nope. I know I don't have a balanced diet. For goodness sakes I have a Coca-Cola for breakfast every morning and that's it. That can't be good for you!

Mani Pedis? I have gotten 1 mani in my life. I always bit my nails so I tried really hard to grow them out for prom and get them done. I grew them out and the lady cut them off to put on fake nails. My hands were sore for days. I don't think I could do pedis...too ticklish!

Favorite Magazine? I don't read a lot of magazines but I like Southern Home (gardening and recipes), Cosmo, People(gotta have the dish).

How often do you get mani pedis? NEVER, so I'm really excited to treat myself right before the wedding!

Have you ever kept a food journal?Yes. When I try to be healthier about food, it's the first thing I do. Right now, I'm using sparkpeople.com to track everything. I'm really digging that it gives me nutritional info for everything.
How often do you get mani pedis?I normally get a pedi about once a month. I rarely get manis. I like them better when I do them myself.
What's your favorite magazine?I'm such a magazine junkie. I love Real Simple, Cosmo, Self, and all my cooking magazines, but I'm sure I'm missing something.

Have you ever kept a food journal? Yes. After my ex and I broke up, I lost my appetite completely and my weight dropped really fast. I started journaling what I ate to make sure I didn't fall under my daily calorie requirements. I started to do it again a while later when I decided I wanted to get into really good shape, but I wasn't able to stick with it.

How often do you get mani pedis? Once every couple of months or so. I usually only go if I have a special occasion or if I'm going away somewhere.
Edit: That's for pedis. I've only gotten a mani a couple of times, like for prom and my sister's wedding. I use my hands too much for them to last and then it's just annoying.

What's your favorite magazine? The Hockey News

Have you ever kept a food journal? The only time I ever did was my freshmen year of college, and it was an assignment for Health class. They made us keep one for the entire semester, and at the end we had to write a paper essentially analyzing our eating habits.

How often do you get mani pedis? I've only gotten 2 mani's in my entire life: my wedding, and BSC friend's wedding. I like how they look ... but I hate everything else about them. I like pedis ... I usually get one right before I go on a vacation. If I had money, I'd seriously get a pedi every other week.

What's your favorite magazine? I like "People" ... haven't read it in ages, though.

Have you ever kept a food journal? for about 4 days before I saw a nutritionist in grad school. It was a huge waste of time.

How often do you get mani pedis? never. I've done my own nails every week since junior high.

What's your favorite magazine? Cosmo has been my weakness since senior year of college.

Have you ever kept a food journal? Sort of? I've done WW online and kept a record for points purposes. I guess that's a food journal, right?

How often do you get mani pedis? Ugh, never. I almost never wear nail polish (not even at my wedding), and hate they way they do it at the salon. If I'm wearing it, I do it myself. If they do it, I chip it all off by the next day. And I don't let people touch my feet.

What's your favorite magazine? Car & Driver
