It's only 7:15 here. Isn't there some unspoken rule that everyone is supposed to stay quiet until at least 9am on Sundays? Heck, I'd still be asleep if someone hadn't tried to roast me alive by putting ALL the covers on me plus some.

Well since I'm alone I have to let the dog out, and feed the cat that was walking on me!

But yes I think I have slept in that oven before.

Because if he's hot, that must mean I'm freezing cold and would be glad for all his prewarmed covers. I'm gonna yell at him when he wakes up put he will just say "i can't be held responsible for anything I do in my sleep." I'm gonna kick him one of these nights and pretend I'm asleep.

Today I think I'm going to Hobby Lobby and get some items for a craft I have in mind. And I really need a dayminder for work. Then it's laundry, and laying around again.

MY niece slept over last night so I'll have to get her up, fed, and out the door in the next hour. She's currently crashed in that kind of sleep that only small children can do. All splayed out on the bed and wearing her footy pajamas.

My H will be in the garage most of the day working on the birthday present for the same niece, so I'll be alone most of the day. I'll probably just straighten up the house, make something nice for dinner (maybe fresh bread) and just sit around since I did laundry early this week.

Morning ladies! I got up about an hour ago, but I started some laundry and fed the dog, etc. I hopped online to say hi, but I got distracted by HomeDepot.com. Considering H and I are already planning how to update that house we saw yesterday, we should probably put in an offer, huh?

I am at church already - I am doing the slideshow this week (lyrics)...anyways, yesterday was our 6 month anniversary and we spent the evening with DHs sisters, it was amazing and I am so happy I married into a family I love. Today I am getting a fitness assessment and I am scared if the results. And later today I am going to submit my resume for a job I really want (lateral move, no increase in responsibility but way nicer teaching assignment). I am super nervous, because, like with everything, I really want it! Oh, and I need to run at least 8k at the gym this afternoon. Sigh. I am tired just thinking about it!

We're just starting on coffee and waking up.
That's so pretty, kd. You should make it. Do you have JoAnn's stores? They take HL coupons and are open Sunday. Our HL is closed too. I have a 50% coupon I'm wanting to use at JoAnns today - we'll see if I make it over there or not.
My daughter went to a prom last night (not her school; a guy asked her to his prom from another school). I got home from work just as he was arriving - they looked so awesome together. Wouldn't a TTD session be cool in a prom dress too?

We're probably going to do a 40 mile bike ride this morning, then work on deck demolition and yard remodeling. And . . . since I still haven't finished our taxes, I have to do that too.

Morning ladies! Today we are going to SIL's for Palm Sunday dinner. I am bringing a vegetable platter and wine since she wants to dictate what she doesn't want me to make. I wish the day was off to a better start because DH woke up to go to work and his brand new jeep is leaking from the roof. This has been the worst new car experience because he noticed the leak after having it about 2 weeks. We brought it to them and supposedly they resealed the sunroof. A few days later with heavy rain it was leaking again and we had to bring it back again (the service center is an hour away) and we had to leave it there because they basically had to replace the water damaged areas as well as fix where the leak was coming from. They gave us a rental car with expired registration and DH got a ticket for it. We went to pick the car up yesterday and there was a rusty bolt in the tire and DH noticed that the sunroof was sunken in. DH and I waited for over 2 hours while they were rude and gave us an attitude the whole time because they had to fix it again and replace the tire. Last night was heavy rain and wind....and again the car is leaking. DH was literally in tears this morning because he is so frustrated. He is at the point where he just wants to bring it back and get a different car.

My CR-V has a sunroof and I have never had a problem with it. We have spent so much wasted time, gas and tolls on a frigggin lemon! It makes me so frustrated.

The sunroof on my Escape leaked the entire time I owned the car. Not much, but enough to be a problem.

What a hassle. Do you have lemon laws in your state, Denise? I think if you have a chronic problem like that they have to replace the car at no additional cost to you.

ETA: sunroof, not sunroom. duh

morning ladies! Today I am feeling the exam time crunch. The last two days I've been doing non-school stuff and now I am totally feeling insane. And whats worse? All I want to do is talk H into going for brunch. Nevermind the fact that I slept through the gym this morning and I don't have the time to spare! Last night we threw a surprise 30th anniversary party for the inlaws... It went great but I totally got nothing done!!!

KD- I am impressed with your craftiness! I have been wanting to make this message center thing I saw on etsy for our house but I don't trust myself not to mess it up and outweight the cost effectiveness of making it myself!

Yeah this is why I've never bought one either. The only one I did have was a problem.

Les- Everywhere I go I have to drive a ways to get there (we have nothing in this town), I went to Michaels, but I had trouble finding Pussy Willow. My son informed me it looked like spider eggs, and he was right.

So I thought HL would have a bigger selection. Eh, I'll get there sometime.

Yeah. I believe it is allowing them 3 times to fix the same problem. They (the dealership) are counting us going to get it yesterday and it still not being fixed right when we got there as one incident because we didn't leave it and bring it back again and we waited for them to fix it....even though it still isn't fixed right. Everytime they attempted to fix it, they made it worse. Water is now dripping from the roof.

I would totally have hit the point of "Just take it back and I'll buy another car, but not from your dealership" by now. New cars aren't supposed to be that much trouble!

I had a salvaged Passat (was in a flood and had some issues, but was only $2k for a 2 year old car) with a sunroof and it never leaked. Sure the sunroof would randomly tilt open and only one alarm light would blink, but she never leaked

Today is hospital tour day! Then I'm going to sit down with my mom and my diabetes book and try to plan out some meals. At least this week is Easter Break at school so I have an entire week of being home to figure it out.

Today I'll be doing homework all day. I got lazy after our flower appointment yesterday and did nothing but watch The TUdors all day, so now I'm paying for it. Blegh.

I cleaned the whole apartment yesterday. So all I really have to do today is school work. But, I'm having the hardest time making myself. No one really ever wants to study quantum mechanics, right? At least that's what I tell myself.

Morning everyone. I went to bed late after finally working on my book, so I'm sleepy even though I slept in this morning. And I woke up with a migraine, wonderful.

I have to go grocery shopping today, but I don't wanna. It's a good thing the store is literally right across the street. And I just found Overboard on TV and I love this movie!

My interview is tomorow too, so I have to make sure I get everything together. I'll probably reread CCF's thread about questions to ask or be prepared for.

Good morning!

I have to work today and I really don't want to. The weather is crappy out and the thought of driving in this makes me feel sick. We went to the movies last night and there was a 3 car accident in front of us and someone else skidded in front of us and almost hit the vehicle in front of them. I also really need to get laundry done but my dryer still doesn't work and my landlord isn't available on weekends. The last time I asked them to do something it took over a week.

I have a sunroof on my car and I've never had a problem. But now that I said that I probably jinxed myself.

Goood morning! I was totall reading "GM" as groomsmen and was quite confused.
We're up and ready to go to brunch at this new place across the street called BLD. Literally, across the street. It's amazing. They have drive thru too!

YUM! Going out to breakfast/brunch is my favorite thing. FI doesn't really get that into it but honestly that is the best way to insure you have a great day in my book, going out to breakfast :)

Today should be a good/lazy day. It's sunny for the fist time in weeks so a walk is in store for sure. Then going out to my parents to do laundry and help my mom get the house clean. She is having knee replacement surgery wednesday and I know if the house isn't spotless she will be stressing.

I'm hanging around for a couple of minutes. We spent all day yesterday out and about and now today there are chores to be done. (dishes, laundry, etc.) Before I do any of that though, I'm headed to goodwill to go buy a pair of pants. I need fat pants. I refuse to buy nice clothes while I work on losing the weight that I somehow put on over the past year. I have a perfectly nice wardrobe in one size too small. *sigh*
