CH Catering in Little Falls, website http://cateringbyjason.com. I've booked them for our wedding. There prices range with buffets starting at $15, and sit down meals at $25. What I liked about Jason is that he is very professional, has large portions for the meals, brings all the dishes, staff, and equipment needed. They travel all over, I'm getting married in Paynesville and their travel with their van with heating and cooling, so the food stays the temp. it's supposed to.

Hands down, best catering in town! Byron and Paul are very professional, yet the kind of guys you could kick back and BS with. We are having them cater our wedding and have used them for plenty of other family functions in the past.

They aren't the least expensive in the area, but they are 100% worth it. You can hire them and feel confident they will take care of everything without you having to stress! And that, to me, is worth the couple extra $'s a plate! They have contracts with a lot of local places (ie The Red Carpet, Civic Center, Wapicada Golf Course) or can do other private locations or places that allow outside caterers.

Their menu is pretty extensive and they will work with you if you want something special. If you can dream it up, they can probably do it! (Check out their palm tree made out of fruit!) They also throw in a lot of extras like linens, cake cutting, etc that can sometimes cost extra.

    I would absolutely recommend them!

We are using Short Stop because my fiance's aunt in St. Cloud (whose house we're actually getting married at) is good friends with Byron, and she recommended us to him.  I have no doubts he will be GREAT.  Just in the planning so far, he was super nice and open to everything we wanted, not the least bit pushy.
