    I used cardsandpockets.com to order all the pieces and assembled them myself.  If you can provide your own design, they also print invitations for a fantastic price.

    they usually offer decent discount codes every couple of months - I got 25% off my order and paid around $325 for 100 invites, reponse cards and accomodation cards. love the invites, too - great quality!

    We ordered ours from vistaprint.com and they came out beautifullly and there is a groupon right now $17 for $70 worth of products.

    They did our invitations, save the date magnets, RSVP cards and enclosures.
