  There are also some shots that we didnt get that I would LOVE to get this time around...
  
  I feel like I went in not knowing what I wanted but after the shoot was when we figured out more shots that we wanted.

  As long as you have a purpose for them and you can afford them, I say go for it. If you're not gonna use them for anything (or your old ones for anything once you get new ones), then I'd pass.

  I say pass, for me its an extra expense of why when you have some already.  You could do a one year anniversary set of pics for you actual anniversary.

  While the idea of taking some new nighttime e-pics is very exciting, I do agree with DRJEWELL.  However, if you have your mind set on doing another e-pic session ask yourself these questions:
  
  1) what are we gonna do with the 1st set of e-pics?
  2) what are we gonna do with the 2nd set of e-pics?
  3) how will this affect our over-all wedding budget? does this mean we need to cut out something else in the wedding in order to do this?
  4) should we wait and do this for our 1st anny that way we'll know exactly what type of pics we really want? (when you consider this question, write out all of the poses you would like to incorporate that way you won't 4get in a year's time)
  
  I'm not saying I'm totally against the idea of the new e-pics but wanna present some things for you to consider before making that decision.

  Can the money be used for an extra night away for the honeymoon, or an upgrade on flowers? If everything else is planned, paid for, and exactly how you want it, I say go for it!
