diverse dj/mc for long beach wedding

i have been searching everywhere for the past 2 months and cannot find a dj/mc at all. i stil have 6 months left but the sooner the better. im very into different types of music. basically anything popular will do, along with some soul for the older folks and just a good amount of love songs. someone whos willing to work with me. do their own thing but listen to what we want as well.

any good recommendations? please.

    Congrats!!! We are going with a friend (whose number seems to escape me right now), but we almost went with (Lee from) Hey Mister DJ heymisterdj.com.  He's really great.

    Tom Chandler at California Sounds is awesome! He's a Knottie favorite and he did a fantastic job at our wedding. I gave him a little guidance but he did a wonderful job at doing most of it on his own. He can definitely read a crowd.

    I just booked DJ Tasos. My wedding is November 13th of this year. Tell him his November 13th bride recommended you =)

    Look into renowned events. They let us give as much input as we want and then they handle the rest.

    Hollywood Party Rockers!  They are incredible. We thought we were going to have a hard time finding a good DJ because a lot of the music we chose was a little obscure, but HPR was able to accomodate every single one of our requests.
