It's like puzzles for me. It's relaxing. Actually making something is too frustrating, but the repetitive motions are soothing, and pulling it apart is fun!
Ugh I hated those desks, Muni. I liked in college that many lecture halls had seats on the left side ends, with the left handed desk. I'd get pissed if right handers would take all of them before i got there though. WTF dudes you have like 90 seats for you. Give this disabled girl a chance.

<div>That's understandable. Part of the reason I want to learn to knit so badly is because I know I'm going to have quite a bit of free time when I'm in England - I plan to start looking for a job right away but I am not hopeful.</div>

Maybe, but it wouldn't be quite as mindless. I like the mindlessness. I'm weird, I know ;)

It gets mindless with a bit of practice. I don't have to look at it or think about it anymore. Actually, nowadays, chaining takes more thought because I've done hundreds of times more regular stiches than chains.

I hate, hate, hated those stupid desks! But for some reason I never really understood special left-handed products, especially scissors and teachers would always try to give them to me. I just couldn't do it though. I also bat and throw right-handed.

I have the worst sleeping habits ever. I go to bed too late, sleep too late, take naps in the middle of the afternoon, which then contributes to me going to bed late again, etc.
Oh yes, I forgot about using a mouse. An IT guy once set up my mouse and mouse pad to the on the left, thinking he was being helpful. I decided to try just to see and since he'd set it up anyway. It lasted like 1 minute there.
