    I, personally, find this very offensive.  Lincoln freed the slaves, and a movie mocking him is by proxy mocking the slaves which means obviously the person who wrote this thing hates black people.

    Actually Nuggs, in the book a big part of the reason he hunts vampires is because the slave owners are selling the slaves to the vamps to be eaten.  His hatred of slavery is talked about very early on and continues throughout the book.  He goes after the slaveowners who sell the slaves to vamps

    I know you were joking in your reply, I just thought that aspect of the book was so interesting.

    Seriously some people need to unwind their panties a little. Too many things are taken at face value these days, its nice to have something that you can read or watch that is enjoyable and different. Im a history major and love watching any and all history movies even those that are based losely upon historical fact and or fiction. My FI and I dont go to the movies much (him on account of his personal beliefs and I just dont go because Im usually to busy), but we both want to see this movie cause it looks awesome!!
