Stumped on BM & GM Gifts

HELP! I am struggling with what to get for our bridesmaids and groomsman.  I don't want to get anything typical but I don't have the brain power anymore to come up with anything creative.  I am lacking creativity lately when it comes to wedding stuff, ha.  Anyone have any good ideas??  I don't want to spend a fortune!

Get them each something you know they will like and use. The gifts do not have to be the same, and they shouldn't be themed around your wedding (so jewelry for the wedding as the only gifts don't count). Don't search for "bridesmaid gifts" because you will just keep coming up on the same useless crap ... pretend you're shopping for their birthdays or Christmas and get gifts that way. I would also not do monogrammed/embroidered stuff unless you know for a fact that they like those kinds of things.

If the groomsmen are your FI's friends, then leave it up to him. I started buying BM gifts a few months ago and FI didn't have any kind of ideas until about last week, so just be patient and let him handle the guys. He has a TON of time. (Some ideas that FI kicked around were Oakley sunglasses, concert/sports tickets, Leatherman tools, wristwatches.)

I got my MOH a tote bag, an apron, a cookbook and a Coach makeup bag. BM is getting a tote, two small makeup bags, a book and bookplate stickers (she's a librarian). I bought each of them a pashmina shawl and a black evening clutch to use for the wedding. I also plan to get them each a gift card.

I am getting all of them a $50 gift card from spafinder. In stead of wrapping it or putting it in a gift bag I am getting them all a small decorative storage box or basket. I am going to fill it with a makeup bag, stationary and a few things that each match their personality.  For the guys we are clueless!

What do your girls like?  I think that's really important to consider.  A lot of girls here have enjoyed giving or receiving Coach wristlets or "bridesmaid" tanks, but both would go straight to Goodwill if I got them.  And I'm sure there are a lot of things I'd love that others would scratch their heads about.

Best things I've gotten: Tiffany graduated bead bracelet (because it is very easy to wear not with a bridesmaid dress), monogrammed locket from Tiffany's (very classic and I'll have it forever), Land's End tote in wedding colors with my monogram on it (much trickier, but I loved the wedding colors and am a sucker for that which is preppy and monogrammed even though I have several such totes).  Things that I've gotten that have gone straight to Goodwill:  random set of Bath and Body Works shower gel and lotion, "Bridesmaid" tote, notepad in shape of a wedding dress, costume jewelry that was meant to be worn at the wedding but was too chintzy looking and sparkly for everyday wear.

My girls have very similar taste, so I got them the same things, but in patterns or colors that I thought each would like.  I gave them their gifts at my bachelorette party, which was in South Beach, so some were travel-related.  I got them monogrammed towels from Land's End, Hermes pocket squares (can be used as many different things -- bandanas, bracelets, decorations for bags, etc.), wet bikini bags (figured they would be useful for packing to go home), a Bliss travel set, and personalized stationery.

    Girls all got the following:
    - LL Bean large tote bag
    - Vera Bradley jewelery case (have one myself and LOVE it)
    - Pashminas

    Boys all got the following:
    - Sweatshirts/jackets with favorite team (Patriots/Red sox) and my brother got a fleece from Eddie Bauer (he's not a big sports fan)
    - Gift card to favorite store (for two of them)
    - Omaha Steaks (for the other two)

I got my girls each an LL Bean tote (the "boat and tote") with their monogram, along with a pearl necklace and earrings. The pearls are obviously for the wedding day, but pearls are so classic that they can wear them whenever. I didn't spend TOO much on the jewelry since I know my MOH already has a pearl necklace, and I know not all girls are as crazy about pearls as I am. I'm also planning on getting each one of them a cookbook that will suit their personality (one LOVE cupcakes, another loves cocktails etc.)

As for the guys, FI is debating between boot shaped beer mugs or cigar sets.
