It's still definitely a work in progress especially since we have about 10 months to go, but hopefully this will help keep my ideas relatively organized...
Leia- they are such a great deal...who can pass that up? LOL. And I wish I could take credit for the photo collage...I pulled it off google from 'black white yellow weddings'. Man I love google.
I was actually thinking maybe I could just send them to you when I'm done, but I was worried there might not be enough time between our weddings. And what if people take them, etc.
It's hit and miss here. Sometimes people take your centerpieces, sometimes they don't.
I'll say it again: I LOVE your dress. It looks AMAZING on you.
Also, good colours. Ima nix your black and make mine red. We can be sorta twins;)

Yeah, that time frame might get a little tight, plus at only $100, it's not that big of an issue...and I plan on reselling them after so someone else can use them too (and what would I need 36 round vases for? LOL)
Yeah, I think I'm going to do that too, I want to make sure it will actually turn out the way I'm thinking it will, so I don't end up with a bunch of useless vases. We aren't even going to have 12 tables, but we'll scatter the extra sets on the cocktail tables and bathrooms or something.
Where did you say you are getting your flowers? I'm thinking of ordering in bulk from Costco, they have 100 yellow roses for like $75.
I'm probably going to get most of the flowers from Costco. Costco.com has all those bulk roses, and I saw at my local Costco a "special request" line on the floral kiosk. The number is 1-888-828-9785 (not sure if it's nationwide or not). I'm going to see if I can get the red roses and asiatic lilies I'd like to use for my bouquet in smaller quantities (like a dozen of each).
With the vases, I also figured it's good to have extras in case something breaks in transit. We're going to assemble the centerpieces the night before, so if I end up with a chipped vase or wilted flower, we have replacements. And we'll just put leftovers with the cake or guestbook or something.

I'm getting the orchids for my centerpieces from fiftyflowers.com (most likely).
