Okay so we are actually located in Kissimmee...on the county line between Orlando and Kissimmee. Next to this area called Lake Nona where apparently there are a lot of things that are going to be built like the UCF medical school and some other things that as you can tell i dont really care about!

Ummm Carl finally decided that it was ok for us to get a 3 bedroom as opposed to a 4 bedroom...the house is about 1800 sq feet and...its PERFECT! We were originally going to go with a 4bedroom but the rooms were too small so we decided for more spacious rooms. We absolutely love it!

I dont know what i left out but if you wanna ask me, i'll answer!

Oh...and its about 15 minutes from my parents house and 10 minutes (if that) from the airport. So...whenever we decide to have kids and go on a trip, we can drop them off at the parents house and catch our flight in less than 25 minutes! LOL. We picked that area because we wanted to be close, but not too close, to family and Carl is currently working at the airport so we wanted something close to his job. I can get a job anywhere so...im good!

As the resident Realtor, I approve of your location choice. Lake Nona is a great and upcoming area. =)

And thanks to all of you for giving me such awesome vibes! I was so stressed about the purchase that i was getting pain in my neck and migraines every day! This market is vicious and the 8000 that the govt is giving out wasn't helping our situation in the way that EVERYONE is looking for a house! LOL. A house can be on the market for half a day and already be sold. We got tired of all that!

I asked Carl if we could look into just getting a new house, and he was so happy that i said that. The house we got was actually already purchased by someone but her financing fell through. She purchased the house at a lower price back in November and was set to close on it this month! It's already upgraded from what we would have wanted! Only thing we need to change is to tile all areas except the bedrooms. After that, we have some type of stony countertops...oh its called silestone (i just called the builder), and the double sink and shower i the master bedroom. Our backyard is overlooking a pond, and we already have a covered patio. Good stuff! I'll share pics as soon as we close and get some keys!

Thanks again ladies! You all are the best!

    Tee Hee! =)

Silestone is a quartz countertop. Silestone is just the brand, kinda like Ziploc. Anywhoo that stuff is AMAZING! We have it in our kitchen. The best part is that you can't damage it. You can cut food on it (I don't because it is bad for your knife) and you can put a hot pan on it without damaging it either. It's like the best ever!!!
