Wedding party

I know that your party should be your nearest and dearest. And I also know that it's now ok to have uneven sides. My FI and I are both different when it comes to friends. He has the same best friends since he was 10, I however have never been able to experience such great friends. I have two girls I am very close to that I have asked to stand with me and he has four gm. Should I ask another girl that I use to be close to stand up with me as well? We haven't talked in months, I recently moved so I know that's why. I'm not sure what to do. Ugh!!!

    Wait a few more months before making any decisions.  Your wedding is still about 10 months out so you have plenty of time.  You relationship may change for the better or worse with this person.  If you ask now and your friendship deteriorates even more then you're stuck with a BM that you never talk to.

    Don't ask someone you "used" to be close to to be in your wedding just to have a body taking up space.  It is incredibly expensive to be the body taking up that space and it should be your nearest and dearest.  If your nearest and dearest is 2, then just have 2.
