I think I will make a tab that will display this information but then also break it out into separate tabs for each vendor category. That way, people can search for vendor specific only or can see all vendors that a knottie used.

Reception Site: Piazza in the Village, Premier Package-$4,500 plus $12,000 Food & Beverage Minimum(it is normally $15,000 but they were running a special for February)

Dress: Lulu's in Dallas: $2,000...I originally bought a dress from Bridal Boutique in Lewisville and I ended up canceling the order due to them being misleading about when my dress would be in(even though I paid for a rush fee)and the manager didn't seem to care...Lulu's is AMAZING and knowledgeable

Bridesmaids Dress: Bridal Boutique in Lewsiville, I could not cancel this order although I wish I could...I would NOT recommend: $200 Each

Suits/Tux:JoS A Banks: Rental, $120 Each

Alterations: Ruth at Lulu's...I have only had one fitting but she seems really nice and knowledgeable: $470-I am having quite a few things done to my dress, including adding a zipper instead of a corset

Invitations: Laura with Art by Ellie...I haven't seen the final product but she is incredibly nice and listens to what we want for an invitation- $1,100, includes addressing all invites

Officiant: Pastor from my FI's childhood church

Florist: April, May, June -$2,300

DJ/Band: Randal Stout with Randal Stout Entertainment- $2,500

MakeUp/Hair: Hair-Nicole at Pure Salon, she has been doing my hair for years but price for in salon is $85

Make Up-Sephora, they have always done an amazing job for all festivities

Caterer: Piazza is the Village does not allow outside catering

Cake: Sugar Bee Sweets- $1,400 for Groom's and Wedding Cake for 200 people

Rehearsal Dinner: We have not decided this yet

Photographer: Caleb Fleming with Big Box Photography, he also did our engagement pictures, which were FABULOUS- $2.300 for Engagement and 8 hours with an extra photographer the day of the wedding

Hotel/Night of: Hilton in Southlake- $120

Wedding Coordinator: The Piazza provides that as well, Michelle is ours!:)

Rehearsal Dinner: Mama Emilia's in McKinney - not sure of the overall price, but I know I wouldn't have booked it if it was too terribly expensive.
Photographer: K&S Photography (2010 prices: $1500 for engagements, bridal/day after and 6 hours of wedding day photos with one photographer)
Hotel/Night of: The Bingham House is a B&B and the night of stay was part of our original package
Wedding Coordinator: Karen Lynch was our DOC, she owns the Bingham House and she is absolutely amazing. I think I paid about $250 to add her to the package. I worried about absolutely nothing on the day of the wedding. Well, except for the rain and tornados, but even she couldn't stop those.

Cake: A personal friend made our cake.

Suggestion - Put the wedding date within the listing as well? Vendors change their pricing, so it might be nice to know for example that Glenn Roush was $1500 in 2009, but more recent weddings his rate was $2000.
