Thank you all for the great (helpful!) resposes.

To answer some questions: YES it is two years away, that is why I am researching WAY ahead of time as of whether or not to have it that weekend. And the date 4-7 has very signifigant meaning to my fiance and I, that is why we chose it. It just happened to be the day before Easter, it's not like we purposely searched out a day in which could possibly be a hassle for some people.

I honestly hadn't even considered that there would be discounts because it's a holiday weekend.

I'm not religious and I usually end up working on Easter anyway, so I wouldn't really mind going to a wedding the day before.

That said, I normally can't get weekends off, no matter what the occasion.. Soooo....
