    Hah, I think I found the compasses I am looking for.  They are silver and not brass, and they are somewhat reasonable in cost.  FI and really need to sit down and look at the choices, select one and order. 

    Midge, I am right there with you on the panic/meltdown coming soon.  It is like someone has taken the clock and is making it go oooooh so fast.  I have my fitting for my dress in two Mondays, that makes it seem so real.  YIKERS!

    Ski, two Mondays, as in the 19th? ME TOO! I had to suck in (if you can believe that) for the dress to zip up but at my first fitting, the seamstress decided to let it out a little bit. I'm irrationally worried that she's going to change it too much and I won't like that part anymore.

    I LOVE LOVE LOVE my dress though and she had it pinned where it would be sewn last time. It felt/looked fine. I know she does good work, I just don't want my dress to get messed up.

    Cops drive Impalas around here.

    Ski and Midge, I had my first fitting last Friday.  I was super happy that the dress was as beautiful as I remembered it, and it was less tight through the hips than when I went for my dress inspection.

    I can't believe it is flying by so quickly, I just got an invite to one of my showers in April
