  I'm not sure about the ceremony but Friday Musicale allows outside catering.

  check out the Hilliard mansion. Good prices, ceremony and reception in one location, allows outside catering.

  I'm having my wedding at The Majestic Room in Jax Beach. You can have both the ceremony and reception there, plus you can have outside catering. Also, you can pay for them to decorate it. I rented the place on a Sunday from 2:30-10 for about $1500 with it fully decorated.

  Friday Musicale will do the ceremony and reception, but the only thing is it is one room, so you have to either A) have the ceremony with everyone seated at tables or go outside for a cocktail hour after the ceremony so they can switch the room to the reception
