Hello! I am from a different state than I am getting married in and a lot of my parents' friends want to celebrate with us but don't want to come to the wedding. So my mom wants to have a party after the wedding in my hometown (everyone loves the idea, just in case you are thinking people will get offended because they weren't invited to the wedding or something). My question is... how do I word the invitation? I don't know whether to call it a reception or party or what. Any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks!

Re: Party Invite Wording
This way, everyone can stop by, have a drink and an appetizer, and just say a little hello! I would call it the (town where the party is) and then Celebration!
