When you're stressed do you tend to eat or lose your appetite?

Lose my appetite...my wedding dress had to be pinned on after I lost weight after my last fitting (from stress the week of my wedding). Of course it promptly came back on the honeymoon!

During the last weeks leading to the wedding...I ate soooo MUCH thankfully since I exercised I managed to maintain it!

I lose my appetite. It's funny that I can lose weight so fast when I'm stressed but when I actually try to lose weight by means of excercise, it's not that easy.
