The weather here is glorious. It's about 70 today and sunny.
Unfortunately, it's also incredibly windy. So, since everything is blooming early and the pollen is up and now all of the dust is being stirred up, my allergies are going crazy.
I have ignored the weather for days and made myself stay inside, but thought a brief 15 minute sun soaking would be doable at lunch. Nope. My eyes are itchy, my throat is swollen, I'm sneezing and I can feel my head opening the mucus factory. And, in apparently a new and improved method of attacking my immune system, my arms are itchy as all heck. I've already washed them and that helped slighly, but the reaction was already started. I need Zyrtec maximum strength. Maybe I'll just take 2, at least if I go, I'll go breathing right before.
