Waxing Questions

I've never had anything waxed before. I'm going on Wednesday for full legs, braziliian and underarms. I want to do this for the wedding but wanted to do a trial beforehand to see how I react to it. I'm very very nervous, lol. Has anyone had any of these done before? If so -- any advice?? How bad does it really hurt?

    I've only had a brazilian and it hurts.  Alot.

    I am a huge baby having said that I have gotten many brazilian waxes and didn't think they were that bad.  The first one is the worst becasue you are tense and nervous.  I would suggest taking a pain reliever about 15 mins before your appointment.  After the waxing is over there is no pain and it is so worth it, it makes life much easier.  I have taken a wax break to save for the wedding but will get back into it two months before to get back into the habit, and wil actually begetting my underarms dones as well.  That will be two less things i have to handle for the wedding and honeymoon.  Trust me you wil be happy you did it.

    I have had all done, and at the same time.  I personally think underarms hurts more than a brazillian.  But I do remember the first time I had a brazillian, it hurt pretty bad....but after the 1st one I didint mind it at all.

    There's a great place n Conshy Better Heatlh Tanning and Nail spa 610-825-8261 her name is Kim she is super fast and does a great job, makes youfeel totally relaxed. Also in Manayunk ask for Ruth at L'Etoile 215-483-2500.  She does a great job as well and again totally comfortable.  They are both really great!
