I made Smores bars today.

    Yum.  I always keep chocolate, graham crackers and marshmallows in the house at all times.  Microwaving them isn't the same, but it's better than no smores at all.

    What is a smores bar? I must have some of these.

    DH and I make microwaves smores all the time.

    You put a layer of this graham cracker cookie crust down, then chocolate pieces, then a layer of marshmallow fluff, more chocolate, and seal it up with more graham cracker cookie crust. Bake and serve b!tches!

    Uhm, I'm making these to bring to a friend's house tomorrow. They probably won't make it out of the kitchen, let alone last the car ride.

    It's football season, so BF breaks out the fry daddy.

    Two nights ago, he got really creative and used pancake batter to make a coating kind of like funnel cake.
    He made:
    A deep fried mint 3 musketeers
    Deep fried peeps. (fail)
    and then stuffed pieces of chocolate into marshmallows, and rolled them in the batter with crushed graham crackers. (Deep fried smores...)
    He also did just the fried pancake batter and sprinkled it with powdered sugar and blueberry syrup.

    Any one want to come be his guinea pig?  The fried sandwich from Super bowl last year did me in...
