  Off white...got them from Zappos. They are by a company called Bouquets. 3 1/2 inch heel with a flower looking thing on top.

  I got mine from Ninas website. I actually did the custom order because they didn't have the green ones in stock. They were a little bit more money, but it was fun to customize them and I was able to shorten the heel some which was a hige bonus.
