Furbaby smushface - first, her post-op stoner face. Second, the nonsense she let me do to her for an awesome Easter photo to send out.

This is why we go to Cape Cod - Bay Side at low tide (this beach is First Encouter, the place where the first tense meeting between the Pilgrims and Natives is said to have been). Eventually the tide goes all the way out, and you can walk the mud flats for miles (just don't get stuck when the tide comes in!)

And our best wedding gift. My brother got us authentic wool Mitchell & Ness baseball jerseys with our names and wedding date/location embroidered inside. H is a Phils man and I grew up a Sox girl, so he got us each a Sox and Phils one. Best big brother ever.

The fur babies are so cute! Love the bunny ears Lobster. Somehow can't seem to add a picture from my phone. : I have a Yorkie also Nike! And I'll try to find a pic to post later this morning at work. Right now she's cuddling equally with FI and her elephant toy...

I love the puppies!!! Here are my two monsters from their Christmas card photo. The little one (min pin) is a rescued breeder dog from a pupp mill- she's a little retarded from a tramautic brain injury, and she's missing her other eye (glaucoma, likely also due to tramautic injury), but she's the sweetest little dog ever. The bigger pup (we think he's a ski-border- border collie/american eskimo cross) we found running around near my parents cabin in NC. He's a monster, who knows exactly how cute he is.

Love Lia! Our dogs do that too- we just bought two big beds. They still will get up and play musical beds, because, obviously, whichever bed the other one is on is the more desirable bed.

I don't really have much I can share today, but here is a picture of the house we put an offer in on this week.

It's a little bit smaller than a lot of the other houses we've put offers in on, but it's actually a real seller selling the home and not a HUD home, so we're hoping that's a good thing.

It's a pretty adorable house that is surprisingly big once you're inside! It's in a super nice neighborhood too.

DH hasn't even seen the house yet, he's going today with our REA to check it out. I'm hoping he likes it as much as I do.

Cross your fingers for me guys!

It's so hard to try not to get our hopes up when we put offers in! It's starting to get really frustrating - we just want to buy a house and move into it already!

I should be hearing back today if our offer is accepted or not. If it isn't, I'm totally willing to go back in with a higher offer.

Here's my flower gil dress for the wedding! Snagged 2 of these babies online last week for a grand total of $89. Not bad considering the look-alikes at David's Bridal are $150 each.

Here's Kitten at my office today, enjoying Meaty's bed. Her vet appt. is at 10:30, so she gets to hang out with meat work until then. I'm super lucky to work at a pet friendly office.

<div>It was awesome! It was like apple pie but 1000 times better, and a lot lighter too. I ate 3 pieces that night. I've made it again since New Year's and will definitely be repeating it at least a few times more. The recipe says to sprinkle cinnamon on top after it's baked but I added it to the batter, and it was awesome. I also used corn starch (gluten-free) instead of regular flour and that made it even fluffier.</div>

kwith- so true. It's amazing how much crap the labeling is, even on "organics" I was reading an article the other day about the different "levels" of organic food and how they are all labeled differently.

Arg. World, stop making life more complicated.

When/where are you moving? It does suck being in FL for a backpacker, but I'm excited to hike the smokies. I know they won't be as butt-kicking as the Cascades, but that means it'll be easier to get in more miles. That's pretty rad.

And agreed! I want a female backpacking/hiking buddy so badly. I have ONE girlfriend that I can get on the trails for long hikes. No over night stuff, though.

I want to hike, I want to hike! My cousins live in the Adirondacks, and I used to go to camp up there. H is not a big outdoors person, but I so miss multiple night hikes! On my very last big trip (yearssss ago), a bear ate most of our food on the first night - it was the best adventure ever! (and we camped right outside of a natural spring-amazinggg)

FTL - how do you do that pose? I can do swan with the full quad stretch no problem but I think my torso is too long and my legs too short for me to actually go into the full extension like you. Any suggestions?

Unchat: This is probably the best youtube video I have found. It's not a pose I think people should just.. swing into. A lot of videos show that. But it's a very deep hip and back stretch, so it's something with which to be very careful
