Invites/STDs for certain vendors?

We just sent out our save-the-dates, and it crossed my mind that maybe we should send one to a few of our vendors, if only to give them an idea of the theme (like the photographer, florist, DOC, etc).

Did you do this or is it just weird?

    We didn't, but we did show our vendors our STD.  I would think that through conversation your vendors would have an idea of your theme...HTH

    We didn't either.  You could just bring it along to any consulations if you want to show them.

    Yea I think talking to them in meetings should be sufficient. I did send one to my DJ but that is because he is my MOH's dad.

    We don't regularly meet with our vendors since we're out of state, but yeah -- they probably don't need it. Can always refer them to the website, too.
