E Weight Loss Challenge

Some of us are doing a 12 week weight loss challenge online starting tomorrow (Tuesday)..  If any E regs want to join it with us, send me a PM and I'll send you the info.

Sorry newbs and lurkers, if I don't know your SN or you've barely posted here, you're not getting the info.

    It goes by percentage Mica, and nobody can see your starting weight or anything, just percentage.  The winner is the highest percent of weight lost, like on the Biggest Loser.

    But you don't really have to "compete" because you can set your own goals.  In our group right now, the goal percentages range from 7-30%.

    Jill I was almost in Springfield last weekend because my dad had a bowling tournament there and I thought of you.  Then I realized that was the same weekend as my shower and didn't go.

    Yep, I joined a gym so that H would lose weight ;)
